CONTRACT SUMMARY
The Compliance Contract Support Task Order provides professional compliance and administrative support services to the International Trade Administration (ITA), Office of the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (OCFAO). The contract supports the agency’s statutory compliance responsibilities under the: Federal Records Act , Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Clinger-Cohen Act and Federal information management and administrative requirements.
The position provides subject matter expertise that assists ITA leadership with records management, regulatory compliance, information collection approvals, federal information requests, capital planning, property accountability, administrative operations, travel management, and organizational support activities.
Contract Role Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Management and Operations Division by assisting with travel, property management, reporting, acquisitions, organizational support, and data calls.
This position serves as a critical operational resource for multiple compliance and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for compliance, regulatory, travel, acquisition, property, and facilities management activities.
- Respond to departmental data calls and prepare reports, correspondence, and communications for ITA leadership.
- Assist with developing and improving policies, procedures, and administrative processes.
- Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other deliverables using Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain electronic files, forms, organizational charts, and official documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative programs supporting MOD leadership.
- Provide travel support, including authorizations, vouchers, reservations, and related travel activities.
- Support Sunflower Personal Property System activities, property accountability, inventories, asset tracking, and reporting under Government oversight.
- Assist with fleet management, property records, employee separation clearance, training coordination, and departmental reporting requirements.
