We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge or exposure to federal contracts, operations, IT sourcing & recruiting, and administrative assistance. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization efficiently meets its operational goals while attracting top talent in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preferred Experience: Federal Contracts Management:
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of federal contract proposals.
  • Monitor compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to contracts.
  • Develop Capability/Gap Matrices
  • Assist with proposal writing
  • Create and maintain a past performance library
  • Update Marketing Sheets/Capability Statements
  • Update GSA Schedule with labor categories/SINs
  • Review GovWin, GSA MAS, OASIS+ and SAM.gov daily for RFIs, RFPs and RFQs to present for proposal process.
  • Operations Management:
  • Support daily operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and streamline operational processes to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies.
  • Collect, review, update Monthly Status Reports
  • Required Recruiting:
  • Preferred recruiting experience in IT, Finance, administrative, federal contract – preferred, and business roles. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Required Administrative Assistance:
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
  • Manage schedules and assist with travel arrangements for team members.
  • Finalize proposals with proper formatting, graphics, grammar and compliance with proposal submission instructions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 – 8 years of current experience in the field maybe in lieu of degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, IT recruiting, or administrative assistance with the federal contract industry.
  • Experience with federal contracts is highly preferred.
  • Proven & current track record of successful IT recruitment.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
