Contract Summary
This position supports Naval Special Warfare financial management operations through the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The contractor provides Tier I functional support, financial management assistance, user training, business process analysis, reporting, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. The DAI Support SME serves as the primary functional expert supporting DAI users and financial management personnel across Naval Special Warfare activities.
Position Summary
The Senior DAI Support SME serves as the lead functional consultant supporting NSW financial operations and enterprise resource planning activities. This individual provides advanced DAI expertise, mentors junior personnel, assists Government leadership, and resolves highly complex financial system issues.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferred Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years:
- Oracle Federal Financials.
- DAI implementation and sustainment.
- Federal financial operations.
- Department of Defense financial management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Serve as lead SME during Government meetings.
- Advise leadership on DAI improvements.
- Develop strategic recommendations.
- Mentor support personnel.
- Lead root cause investigations.
- Support enterprise process improvements.
- Coordinate with DAI PMO.
